How It Works
Free Tickets
No fees when you offer free tickets. Simple as that.
Flat Fee
We charge a flat fee of $1.29 per ticket sold. No surprises. The choice to pass on this fee to customers is up to you!
Percentage Fee
We charge a 3.5% fee on the ticket price (before tax, after discounts). The choice to pass on this fee to customers is again up to you!
Stripe Payment Processing
Stripe Fees
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Organizers pay the Stripe fees, but if a refund is required, the customer will bear the cost. Refund amount will be the sale price minus Tixert and Stripe fees.
Refunds
If there's a refund, it will be the sale price minus Tixert and Stripe fees. Please keep that in mind when considering event pricing.
