How it works
Free Tickets
No fees at all when tickets are free.
Flat Fee
$1.29 per paid ticket sold + applicable taxes. You decide whether to cover this fee or pass it on to attendees.
Percentage Fee
3.5% of the ticket price (calculated before tax, after discounts) + applicable taxes. You choose whether to absorb or pass this fee to attendees.
Stripe Payment Processing
Stripe Fees
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Organizers can choose whether they or the attendees cover these fees. Note: Stripe fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for the ticket price minus Tixert and Stripe fees. Keep this in mind when setting event pricing and policies.
