Refund Policy

1. Tixert Fees

Our fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or if the Buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase. Tixert charges a ticketing fee for every paid ticket.

2. Organization's Refund Policy

Organizers have the flexibility to determine the refund policy for their events. The options available to them include:

  • On a case by case basis
  • No refunds

Organizers decide whether refunds should be processed and require approval on their behalf first.

3. Coverage of Tixert Fees

The Organizer has the option to decide who will cover the Tixert fees associated with the sale of tickets. They can choose to pass these fees on to the attendees or absorb the costs themselves. If they absorb the cost, the "fees" on the ticket will show $0, and the Organizer will pay our actual fees upon settlement. If the Organizer owes Tixert money after the settlement has been settled, they will receive an invoice requesting any amounts owed.

4. Stripe Transaction Fees

Please note that Stripe handles our payment processing, and their transaction fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the Stripe processing fees will not be returned, and these costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the Buyer.
