Affiliate Policy

Overview
Organizations may request to become affiliates of Tixert. Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique affiliate code to share with non-users. When a non-user signs up using the affiliate code, any organizations they create will be attributed to the affiliate. Affiliates earn a percentage of all sales generated by these organizations on Tixert.

Affiliate Request and Approval
- Users representing organizations can request to become affiliates.
- Approval is at Tixert's sole discretion.

Affiliate Code Usage
- Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate code.
- This code can be shared with non-users to encourage them to sign up.
- Organizations created by these new users will be considered referred by the affiliate.

Affiliate Earnings
- Affiliates can earn a commission within a specified range, up to a maximum of 100% of the designated rate. The current range is 0%-1% of the sale amount (before taxes, after discounts).
- Tixert reserves the right to set and adjust the commission percentage rate for each individual affiliate, as well as the existing range, at any time.

Policy Modifications
- Tixert may modify this policy, including commission rates, at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of changes through their registered email address.

Approval and Termination
- Tixert reserves the right to approve or deny affiliate requests at its discretion.
- Affiliates may have their status revoked or suspended at any time, with or without cause.
